My client is a leading Legal 500 and Chambers ranked regional firm, currently seeking a Contentious Probate solicitor to join it’s established practice in Southampton. Due to expansion, an opportunity has arisen to join the existing specialist team who are amongst the most highly regarded private client teams in the region.

Ideally you will be a qualified solicitor of 2-6 years plus PQE and have developed a proven track record in the full range of contentious probate work including wills disputes, probate actions, capacity issues, abuse of LPA and inheritance act claims. The team also work closely with the highly rated private client team providing litigation support on mental capacity issues. Collaboration is something this firm values highly, providing a collegiate environment with excellent prospects for progression and some of the finest work in this practice area.
