Key Responsibilities:

• Handle corporate work, including shareholders agreements, share options, family investment companies, and charters.
• Focus on transactions for serial acquirers and corporate disposals.
• Advise on non-transactional matters.
• Manage your caseload and collaborate with the team.
• Engage in marketing and business development.
