A highly regarded Southeast firm is continuing to challenge the established order of larger, well-known practices through its dynamic, collaborative teams across multiple areas of law, including a fast-growing corporate and commercial department.

This opportunity is ideal for a junior to mid-level solicitor seeking genuine responsibility and engaging work from day one. The role is primarily commercial-focused, involving the drafting and negotiation of a wide range of commercial contracts, but the firm’s expanding client base also creates increasing exposure to corporate matters such as company formations, shareholders’ agreements, acquisitions, and SPV transactions.

You can expect early client contact, hands-on involvement in important matters, and close mentoring from highly regarded partners who are committed to development and promoting from within. Newly qualified solicitors will also be considered, provided they have gained practical corporate or commercial experience through paralegal roles, or legal support work.
