My client is one of Berkshire's most established and reputable law firms, recognised in the Legal 500 and Chambers. They are seeking a Construction Solicitor to work on unique and varied projects and matters, covering both non-contentious and litigious caseloads.

This role offers the chance to draft and negotiate bespoke amendments to major standard form contracts (JCT, NEC, FIDIC) for high-profile developments, including cutting-edge green buildings and large-scale infrastructure projects. You'll handle consultant appointments, collateral warranties, and deeds of novation, and engage in high-stakes disputes that shape the future of construction law.
