Could your next leadership role help change lives while building a charity’s long-term financial sustainability?
West London Mind is looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Director of Fundraising/Income Generation and Marketing to lead its income generation strategy and help the charity continue to make a real difference to people experiencing mental health challenges.
Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Board and senior leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in growing income, diversifying revenue streams and identifying new opportunities for growth.
This is a broad, strategic role spanning fundraising, corporate partnerships, marketing and communications, workplace well-being training and paid-for services. You’ll combine commercial thinking with a strong sense of purpose, building relationships, developing compelling propositions and turning opportunities into sustainable income.
We’re keen to hear from experienced leaders with a proven track record in income generation, especially with strengths in securing income from grants, trusts and foundations. You’ll be a natural relationship builder, comfortable setting strategic direction while remaining close to delivery, and motivated by the opportunity to use your expertise to support a meaningful social mission.
If you’re ready to bring your fundraising and leadership expertise to an organisation making a difference to mental health, I’d welcome a conversation.
We have a rolling deadline for this appointment so please get in touch immediately for a briefing call.
