Ergo are pleased to offer an opportunity for a ServiceNow Architect, joining a newly established ServiceNow Practice. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting, creating, customising, and extending applications on the ServiceNow platform using the first TPSM deployment outside of North America.

The successful candidate will build and coordinate ServiceNow project teams to implement deployments and third-party system integrations.

Candidates should hold a CTA or be close to attaining the qualification.

What will you do?

• Design ServiceNow solutions for growing client list
• Tracking and reporting on target metrics to business goals
• Scoping, building, and coordination of SN project teams
• ServiceNow deployments, including its architecture, modules, and capabilities
• Architecting, creating, customizing, and extending applications on the ServiceNow platform
• Design, develop, debug and peer review technical service now code
• Implementing ServiceNow configuration management best practices
• Commissioning and building ServiceNow instances and environments
• Coordinating and delivering ServiceNow family upgrades to best practices.

What do you need?

• Expert level knowledge of ServiceNow product offerings
• Experience operating at C level stakeholders
• Commercial awareness including scope, risk, ROI, TCO, TOM
• CSDM journey expertise
• Understanding of ServiceNow's security model, including roles, groups, and access controls
