Enterprise TAM (BBBH2174) Dublin, Republic of Ireland

Ergo is seeking an Enterprise Technical Account Manager (TAM) for a permanent hybrid role based out of our offices in Dublin / Cork / Belfast / Limerick.

The successful candidate will operate as a senior technical consultant, coach & a point of escalation supporting our esteemed global enterprise clients.

You will join an existing high-performance team of TAM’s working strategically and tactically to implement clients IT roadmap strategy in tandem with other Business Units leading in terms of overall IT Infrastructure and managed services.

The individual is expected to be hands-on to troubleshoot Network, Servers, Storage, Security, Database, Applications, and architectural challenges using a suite of vendor toolkits with a background in ITIL.

What will you do?

  • Act as technical consultant, SME for assigned enterprise accounts IT Infrastructure portfolio, consists of steady state service delivery & Inflight projects.
  • Partner & collaborate with Account and cross-functional teams to provide technical expertise to enable and deliver managed services (MS) service excellence
  • Own IT infrastructure portfolio service delivery regionally & globally
  • Own overall IT Infrastructure related operational & contractual metrics (KPI’s, OLA’s & SLA’s), drive continual improvement projects with innovative technological solutions
  • Sustain & improve IT Infrastructure portfolio revenue accounts wise, by driving & implementing innovative solution to complex problems, driving value to clients.
  • People & Stakeholder Management
  • Act as account CTO to guide internal teams, SD (L1, L2, L3, L4), ITIL functions, Professional Service teams, external (client, vendors, 3rd party service providers) on overall accounts IT Infrastructure landscape.
  • External Learning & Engagement
  • Continual Service Improvements
  • Own and conduct Disaster Recovery (DR) driven Business Continuity Planning (BCP) & testing exercise
  • Practice & drive our 3 Tier Governance model

What do you need?

  • 10+ years experience in a similar role (IT Engineer, Systems Administrator, Technical Account Manager)
  • Previous TAM experience
  • Experience with ITIL v3 / v4
  • People management experience
  • IT infrastructure portfolio service delivery
  • Professional certifications an advantage: Azure, VCP, CCA, AWS, MCSE etc.

You should also have hands-on experience with the following tech stack:

Network (LAN, WAN, AP, Routers & Switches, Network Racks), Servers (Windows Servers, Server Racks), Storage (SAN) & Backup (Veeam), Security (Antivirus, Defender), Windows Server (Active Directory, MS Exchange, O365), Virtualisation technologies (VMware, Citrix), MS – (Azure, Intune), Data Centres (On-premises, public cloud, hybrid cloud), Patch management & compliance (Servers & EUD).
