Experienced Fencer / Groundworker Required – Temp to Perm | Property Maintenance Contractor 

Our client is a well-established property maintenance contractor looking for an experienced Fencer / Groundworker to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis. The role involves carrying out a range of external works across occupied and void properties throughout Basingstoke and Reading.

Duties Include:

• Fencing repairs and installations
• Paving repairs and installations
• Manhole and drainage works
• General brickwork repairs
• General external property maintenance

Preferred (Not Essential):

• CAT & Genny trained

Requirements:

• Previous experience in fencing and general groundwork
• Ability to carry out a variety of external maintenance works
• Reliable, practical and able to work independently
