Assembly mechanic – high-tech heavy machinery (33400) Aalsmeer, Netherlands

Salary: EUR2700 - EUR3400 per month + Additional benefits

As the company continues to expand, we’re looking for a practical and motivated Assembly Mechanic to join the workshop team. In this role, you’ll assemble and fine-tune high-tech heavy machinery and support field engineers with installations and service work for international clients.

Your responsibilities

  • Assemble and disassemble complex mechanical systems and components with precision

  • Read and interpret technical and electrical drawings to perform detailed assembly work

  • Collaborate closely with engineers and other technical departments to ensure top-quality builds

  • Work safely and efficiently with various tools and heavy mechanical components

  • Assist service engineers during international installation and commissioning projects

  • A competitive salary up to €3,400 gross per month, depending on experience

Your profile

  • MBO+ qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Technology, Aviation, or a related field

  • Good command of English or Dutch (you’ll work in an international team environment)

  • Experience or affinity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems is a strong plus

  • Accurate, proactive, and eager to learn and grow within a high-tech setting

  • Able to read and work from mechanical schematics, exploded views, and detailed assembly drawings
