Your opportunity:
Our client is an established company who is a manufacturer of vacuum pumps, chiller, Exhaust gas management system, etc and serving worldwide customers. They are now expanding their business and looking for a dedicated talent to be part of the team!

Your Role:
- Installation, Maintenance, commission and repairing of company products.
- Support all customers in Singapore / Malaysia and occasionally support customers in South East Asia to ensure customers satisfaction with company products (vacuum pumps, Exhaust gas management system, Chillers) and service support.
- Work with the other customer support engineers and the other departments of the organisation to ensure the success and the consistency of the Company’s objectives
The Talent:
- Knowledge of field service support or on-site customers support.
- Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
- With 2~3 years’ experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical assembly / fitting, single and three phase electrical controls, and electronics. Knowledge of General vacuum equipment and Semiconductor equipment would be desirable.
- Understanding of engineering drawings, both electrical and mechanical, and schematic layouts is essential.
- Able to converse in Mandarin and English. Inter-personal and communication.
