The Best Connection is recruiting for a Social Media Presenter for our Wolverhampton based client.
Immediate start available.
Working hours are 16:00 till 22:00 Monday to Friday
Pay rate is £12.71 per hour
As a Social Media Presenter your duties will include:
- Host and present regular TikTok Live sessions to showcase and sell company products.
- Showcase lifestyle and home-focused products through engaging live demonstrations.
- Create content highlighting comfort, style, quality, and everyday benefits.
- Help customers find products suited to their personal needs and living spaces.
- Interact with viewers during live broadcasts, answering questions and encouraging purchases.
- Create and post content across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
- Develop creative ideas for videos, promotions, and social media campaigns.
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and viral content to maximise audience engagement.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer enquiries professionally.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to promote products and campaigns.
- Assist with planning content calendars and social media strategies.
- Analyse engagement and sales performance from social media activities.
Requirements:
- Confident and comfortable speaking on camera.
- Previous experience in social media, content creation, retail, sales, or presenting is desirable.
- Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
- Enthusiastic, outgoing, and self-motivated.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
