Are you an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to take the next step in your career?

Due to a huge increase in work, and a site expansion, our client who is a leading drinks manufacturer based in Preston Brook is currently recruiting for a number of FLT Counterbalance Drivers.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced operation and play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of stock across the site.

The ideal candidates will be required to;

• Move stock from production to holding area's
• Load & unload
• Ensuring all yard operations are carried out safely and efficiently
• Reporting any defects, damage, or safety concerns to management
• Maintaining high housekeeping standards throughout the yard
• Conducting routine safety checks
• Support teams to ensure smooth site operations

What we're looking for:

• Experienced FLT background
• Strong awareness of health and safety procedures
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible approach to working hours and operational requirements
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

The working hours are 7am - 7pm & 7pm - 7am, on a continental shift pattern consisting of days & nights

**Applicants will need to have a valid FLT Counterbalance licence
