Salary: EUR2800 - EUR3200 per month + Meal vouchers, transportation allowance

We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join a well-established company located in Antwerp. You are the go-to person connecting customers, partners, and internal teams. You make sure everything runs smoothly — from managing service requests to coordinating shipments — while providing exceptional support that builds trust and strong, lasting relationships.



Your responsibilities as a Customer service representative:

• You maintain accurate customer interaction records and proactively follow up on ongoing cases to ensure satisfaction.
• You handle incoming calls, emails, chats, and doorbell visitors in a professional and service-minded manner.
• You coordinate service requests, manage warranty claims, and ensure timely delivery of repairs, including preparing and following up on quotations.
• You work closely with internal departments to resolve after-sales situations effectively.
• You communicate service updates with both B2B and B2C customers.
• You handle complaints, process orders, and manage product returns.
• You provide customers with accurate product and service information.
• You monitor and dispatch incoming shipments, including customs follow-up when required.
• You coordinate the dispatch of commercial materials such as displays, catalogues, and promotional items.
• You support event preparation, including agendas, logistics, and coordination.
• You manage PR send-outs and track their progress.
• You process and oversee e-shop orders (B2B and B2C).



The ideal profile for a Customer service representative:

• You have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service or aftersales role.
• You have a hands-on mentality and are flexible.
• You speak and write fluent English and French; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
• You handle stress well and maintain an overview in busy situations.
• You work well both independently and in a team.
• You are proficient in MS Office and have good knowledge of CRM systems.
