What does the Recruitment Researcher/ Resourcer role involve at Robert Walters Dubai?
You will be working in a team who are very established in the UAE Accountancy & Finance market
• Excellent earning potential covering a huge market, working with clients and candidates throughout the UAE and Saudi regions
• Excellent training from our In-House trainer on the full recruitment cycle and a personal development plan from day 1
• You will become an expert in candidate management and identifying the top talent in the market
• You will be responsible for actively headhunting and researching potential candidates
• Joining an excellent office – extremely collaborative, social and diverse – we currently have 15 different nationalities in our office
Job Requirements with Robert Walters Dubai
• A proven track record in recruitment, sales or business development is required
• Experience in a fast-paced client facing role
• Someone who has an eye for business development and can anticipate client & candidates’ requirements in good time
• Excellent team player with good communication and organisational skills
