Our client based in Hatfield is looking for Transport Compliance Co Ordinator to join their busy team.

Transport Compliance Co Ordinator Main duties will include: 

• Maintain service planner and book all routine maintenance
• Ensure all maintenance paperwork is received, uploaded and filed in a timely manner and of a good standard ensuring all actions have been completed
• Ensure all raised defects are actioned and all repairs are completed and the defect process is followed
• Maintain Tachomaster and insure all drivers / vehicles are operating legally
• Ensure key 2 is kept up to date with all fleet changes and all required documents
• Assist the transport manager with ensuring all areas of the internal compliance audit have a site process and the site process is followed
• Ensure all vehicles are hired/dehired when necessary and all necessary paperwork filed in vehicle folder. Undertake inspections on hired and dehired vehicles.

Transport Compliance Co Ordinator Shift: 

• Monday to Friday - 06:00am to 14:00pm - 37.5 hours per week
• 30 minutes unpaid break
• Some overtime needed dependent on business needs

Transport Compliance Co Ordinator Pay Rates: 

• All hours pay £16.41 per hour PAYE
