The Best Connection are currently recruiting for an experienced Press Brake Setter to join a well-established and highly respected manufacturing company based in West Bromwich.

Pay & Shift Details

• Hourly Rate: £14.90 – £16.47 (depending on experience)
• Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts
•  Morning Shift: Monday–Thursday 06:00–14:00, Friday 06:00–13:00
• Afternoon Shift: Monday–Thursday 14:00–22:00, Friday 13:00–20:00

Key Responsibilities

• Set and operate press brakes and associated equipment
• Manufacture parts efficiently to meet production targets
• Monitor output rates and report any issues affecting performance
• Take ownership of product quality and ensure standards are met
• Maintain accurate production and quality records
• Uphold high standards of workplace organisation (5S)
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Follow all health & safety procedures at all times
• Carry out any additional duties as required

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience and strong knowledge of press brake operation
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Driven to meet and exceed targets while maintaining safety and quality
• Positive attitude with a commitment to company values
