The Best Connection is currently recruiting for a Recycling Operative to join our client based in Oldbury.

This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for long-term work, with the potential to secure a permanent contract.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 5:30am – 1:30pm

Pay Rate

• £12.71 per hour

Your Duties

• Recycling materials such as cardboard and plastic using a baling machine
• Carrying out general labouring duties
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Completing any other tasks as requested by the site manager

What We're Looking For

• Good communication skills
• Reliable with excellent timekeeping and attendance
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work as part of a team
• Previous recycling or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
