Production Operative – Malvern | Temp to Perm

Location: Malvern

Hours: 8:00am–4:00pm

Contract: 12-week temporary contract with the opportunity to become permanent

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Are you looking for a hands-on production role with a fantastic opportunity to secure a permanent position? We’re currently recruiting for a Production Operator to join a busy team in Malvern.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a specialist production environment, supporting fermentation and sterilisation processes and operating a range of production equipment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Weighing and preparing raw materials
• Loading and unloading freeze dryers
• Grinding and blending finished products
• Accurately recording production and process data
• Cleaning and sanitising production areas and equipment
• Monitoring pumps, filters, refrigeration and other process equipment
