They cherry pick what projects they work on and value quality; so you will not be expected to cover 10 projects all at the same time.

This is a business built on trust rather than micromanagement. Most of the team work from the office just two days per week, giving you flexibility while maintaining collaboration with your colleagues.

What you'll need in order to be considered

•  4+ years' experience in Mechanical (HVAC) Building Services Design
• Currently working in a consultancy in Australia
• Good communication skills
• Ability to manage your own projects and deadlines
• Able to use Revit and IES
• Able to work as part of a team and takes pride in delivering quality engineering solutions.
