McGinley Support Services Ltd are currently recruiting for experienced Specialist Fitter Chargehands to work across multiple sites between Lichfield and Kenilworth.

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 (Gold CSCS Card)
• SSSTS
• Working at Height
• Plant Maintenance Experience
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Ability to travel between sites

Responsibilities:

• Supervising fitter teams on site
• Carrying out and overseeing plant maintenance activities
• Ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety compliance
• Coordinating with site management and project teams
