Core Talent are currently recruiting a Project Manager for a National Recycling Company, who will be responsible for delivering a master project consisting of multiple, short program, quick turn-around projects. The key requirement of the role is working with all relevant stakeholders and ensuring they are informed, engaged and have appropriate expectations throughout the course of the master project, whilst acting as a Project Lead for the business.
Role responsibilities:
- Stakeholder communication
- Ensuring projects are built correctly on budget and time frame
- Coordinate project planning
- Resourcing & Trades
- Provide timely and accurate information to all key stakeholders, both internal & external
- High-level verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel across Brisbane and Gold Coast
Role Requirements:
- Qualification in Building & Construction / Project Management
- Minimum 6 years hands-on experience in Construction
- Valid Australian Driver's License
- Experience with internal and external stakeholder management
- Excellent interpersonal skills
