Core Talent is recruiting for a Contract Administrator for highly reputable QLD builder. This builder is capable of delivering projects across education, multi res and industrial.
We are looking for a Contract Administrator who 2 years or more experience, preferably with a Tier 2 or 3 builder. Project value can range from $5 - $50M. This company is willing to pay above market to engage with the right person.
As a Contract Administrator you will have:
- Construction Management Degree or similar qualification
- Experience with Jobpac would be ideal but not essential
- Strong past tenure with Tier 2 or Tier 3 builders
