Automotive Parts Advisor (Crw31) Chiswick, England

Salary: GBP22000 - GBP25000 per annum + £28,000 OTE

We are currently recruiting for our clients Main Dealership an Experienced Automotive Parts Advisor for a large Main Dealership.

Our client multi-franchise business, with 7 sites across London, Hertfordshire, and Bedfordshire, with over 400 staff, and future growth already in the planning.
In 2016 they opened Europe’s flagship dealership, this Dealership is the largest in Europe and can be visible for one of the busiest commuter roads in the UK.

Main Responsibilities:

You will liaise with several departments on a daily basis. You will need to guarantee all parts required, are in stock so the workshop can run at full capacity.

You will need to build strong professional relationships with our customers, other dealerships, suppliers, and external representatives.
Which will give you a good basis to deal with inbound parts enquires or queries.

You will be required to understand pricing structures, and assist with the department’s budgets.

Order parts when required and keep records of all purchases and returns. You will issue parts sheets, delivery notes and shipping correspondence for all orders. Incoming and outgoing parts must be checked for faults or damage, and reported accordingly.

Requirements:

As an experienced Parts Advisor your knowledge of this role will have ideally been gained from a main dealership setting. You will be willing to support trainees by passing on your knowledge and developing their skillset.

You need to have knowledge of Parts systems such as Key Loop Drive.
As an experienced parts advisor, you will understand the importance of the processes in place, ensuring these are always adhered to. You will be PC literate, and hold a full driving licence
You will be a people person with the ability to work well within a team or on your own initiative. With the desire to provide excellent customer service.

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm
Saturdays 8am -12:30pm (Alternate)

Basic Salary: £22,000/£25,000 Per Annum
