We are currently recruiting for our clients Main Dealership for a Aftersales Manager based in the area of Eltham.
Our client is looking for someone with a proven track record and main dealership experience.
Job Requirements:
Have at least 2 Years’ experience in a management role.
Fully embrace the vision of both the Company and the Brand.
You must advocate the importance of people, process and performance whilst showing your passion to deliver outstanding customer service.
You will also be working closely with senior management and the manufacture to ensure that key objectives and strategies are met.
You will need to be a hands on Manager and be able to coach and develop the team.
Our client is looking for someone who is constantly looking to improve the department and to exceed targets and customer satisfaction.
CDK experience preferred.
Basic Salary:
In return our client is offering a good basic salary (dept on experience) with an OTE of at least £55,000.
Other benefits will include a Company Car & Mobile Phone.
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday 8am -6pm
Saturdays when required on a Rota
