Hands on Workshop manager (LH2) Loughborough, England

We are an Independent Service & Mot centre in Loughborough, and we are looking for a hands on Workshop manager / experienced Vehicle Technician / Mechanic.
You must have 5 years recent vehicle mechanics / technician experience, either Nvq / Imi or City & Guilds
We are looking for
A Senior tech possibly someone who has some experience in a managing role such as a workshop controller who wants a next step. Training will be provided
You must be hands on as you will be working on the tools with the team
Salary on offer is experienced dependent and is between £32-£35k maybe a little more for the right candidate
5 years minimal on job experience
Monday to Friday 8-5 1-hour lunch break
Must have full uk driving licence, Mot card an advantage but we will pay for mot licence for the right canndidate
There's also use of a company van managerial role which is free to use and not a taxable benefit
