Salary: GBP27000 - GBP27000 per annum

 

We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity as a Night Manager for our Client in Aldgate, London. You must be an enthusiastic and pro-active individual who enjoys varied responsibilities with a positive approach to lead from the front, ensuring to get the best from our team. You will be detailed orientated, motivated, and driven to go above and beyond and deliver a warm and welcoming guest experience. Your grooming standard should be immaculate and communication skills exceptional. The successful candidate must be efficient and hospitable service orientated to our guests and exceeding their expectations. The Hotel is a 14-storey hotel with 267 rooms including suites boasts modern architecture and design; alongside two restaurants, 24-hour gym, 4 meeting rooms and a destination rooftop terrace bar with a panoramic view of London’s most iconic skyline.

Job activities

·Consider guest experience and satisfaction in everything you and the team do to deliver an outstanding experience, take your time to understand, engage and recognise our guests;

·Ensure guests are met professionally whilst standards of reception operations being met at all times;

·Perform reception and concierge duties after the day shift has finished;

·Ensure the successful and precise completion of the night audit and all requested reports;

·Prepare all financial and operations reports as stated in procedures with detailed eye and extreme accuracy;

·Assist with all hotel operations including other departments whenever required;

·Manage and monitor activities of the team, working at night making sure that they adhere to the standards of excellence and follow company procedures and standards at all times;

·Maintain high morale and productivity of the team as well as good cooperation and communication between the departments;

·Manage all manpower during shift to maximise and make sure all duties are completed timely and efficiently;

·Ensure compliance with all Dorsett financial, privacy, data security and H&S procedures.

Requirements:

·Knowledge of Opera PMS Systems

·Experience in a similar environment

·Eager to learn

·Flexible with working shift pattern requirements

 

The position will be Temporary to Permanent

£13.00 per hour while on temp - perm

£27,000 per annum when Permanent
