Role Overview:
As a Sheet Metal Worker, you will be a crucial member of our team, responsible for transforming engineering drawings into high-quality fabricated structures. Your expertise in reading engineering drawings and working with thick plate materials will be invaluable as you contribute to the success of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Precise Measurement and Layout: meticulously measure, mark, and lay out sheets of metal for precise and accurate job execution.
- Advanced Cutting and Bending: Utilizing state-of-the-art computerized tools, we cut, bend, and straighten metal sheets with unmatched precision.
- Polishing and Finishing: Our skilled technicians ensure smooth and polished finishes on all metal surfaces, including seams and joints.
- Expert Welding: Seamlessly weld metal sheets together, ensuring strength and durability in every product.
- Detailed Work Specifications: Read and apply detailed work specifications to deliver customized solutions that meet your exact requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a sheet metal worker, ideally within the metal fabrication industry.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
- Strong understanding of structural steel principles and techniques.
- Ability to work with thick plate materials and perform various fabrication processes.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
