Salary: GBP17000 - GBP20000 per annum

A healthcare manufacturer on the outskirts of York is recruiting a part-time Finance Administrator to join their busy team.

The business has experienced significant growth recently and is looking for a part-time Finance Administrator to join their team on a 6 months fixed-term contract.

The successful Finance Administrator will have the flexibility of working from home and in the office.

Reporting into the Finance Manager, key responsibilities for the Finance Administrator will include:

  • Assisting with purchase ledger
  • Monitoring a busy accounts inbox
  • Responding to queries
  • Raising POs and sending for authorisation
  • Creating new supplier requests
  • Supporting the wider finance team as necessary

The business currently uses SAGE accounting software, but we are keen to speak with individuals who may also have used Quickbooks, Xero or any other similar package. We are also keen to speak with candidates who have previous experience in similar finance role such as; accounts assistant, finance assistant, accounts administrator.
