Salary: GBP19000 - GBP23000 per annum

A leading manufacturer based in Whitby is recruiting a Sales Ledger Assistant to join their fast-paced finance team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a finance candidate with Sales Ledger and Credit Control experience to join an award-winning, family-run business employing over 300 people across two sites.

Reporting into the Financial Controller, key responsibilities for the Sales Ledger Assistant will include:

  • Credit control
  • Daily management of Sales Ledger
  • Invoicing
  • Cashbook inputs
  • Credit card receipts and expense reporting
  • Purchase Ledger cover
  • Other ad-hoc reporting

The successful Sales Ledger Assistant will be a confident communicator and will have a proven track record of credit control. Experience is key for this position, but candidates who have their AAT qualification are also encouraged to apply.

Individuals with Sage and MS Excel experience are also encouraged to apply, however full systems training will be given.
