A popular hotel, based in Scarborough, is recruiting an Accounts Manager to join their small team on a part-time basis. Hours will be circa 15 to be worked across two or three days.
The successful Accounts Manager will be responsible for payroll and pensions, management accounts, VAT, cashflow and year-end.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Process weekly payroll for circa 35 members of staff
- Produce year-end payroll documentation
- Upload pension information to pension provider portal
- Production of monthly and quarterly accounts
- Process quarterly VAT
- Produce budgets and cashflow forecasts
- Liaise with external accountants at year-end
The successful Accounts Manager will work with the hotel partners to identify any cost-saving measures and process improvements.
To be successful in this role, you will need experience in a similar role and be experienced on QuickBooks accounting software (or a similar package).
