A regional Chartered Accountants, with multiple Yorkshire-based offices, is recruiting for an experienced Bookkeeper to join their team based in York.

The successful Bookkeeper will be a positive and pro-active individual who enjoys delivering an excellent level of service to clients.

The Bookkeeper will support clients with the following:

• Purchase and sales ledger management
• Tax returns and VAT
• Supporting with the preparation of management accounts
• Liaising with HMRC
• Acting as a point of contact for finance queries

To be successful in this Bookkeeper role, the following experience/qualifications are required:

• Previous bookkeeping experience in a practice setting
• Previous experience using Xero software
• AAT qualified, or working towards
