A successful property business based in Scarborough is recruiting for a motivated Lettings Negotiator to join their team.

The successful Lettings Negotiator will be responsible for letting properties each month, managing the external advertising of properties, arranging viewings, and carrying out referencing.

This is a fantastic opportunity that requires a motivated person, with a positive attitude and good customer skills, who will contribute to driving the business forward.

Reporting into the Senior Lettings Negotiator and Lettings Manager, key responsibilities for the Lettings Negotiator role will include:

• Calling and building rapport with property applicants
• Registering enquiries and arranging appointments/viewings
• Chasing maintenance works on all empty properties
• Advertising empty properties
• Checking tenant references
• Coordinating move-ins
• Recording KPIs daily

Although this role doesn’t require any specific qualifications, we are keen to speak with individuals who have experience in property lettings or individuals who excel in administration and have experience giving great service in a fast-paced environment.
