GI group Scarborough are recruiting for an experienced cocktail maker/bar tender to work in one of Scarborough’s most beautiful and unique hospitality venues.
To be a Cocktail bar tender, we want to see talent and passion so that you can deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that both standards and specifications are met, creating a service delivery that will be an occasion for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times
• Assess customer needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Keep up to date with current promotions and new products
• Assist in creating new and existing cocktail ideas
• Ensure high standards in all cocktails and drinks are delivered and maintained at all times

• Experience of working within a similar busy environment
• Ability to work under pressure
