Part Time Administrator/Receptionist (J6495) Salford, England

Salary: GBP12.6 - GBP13 per hour

We are recruiting for an experienced part-time Administrator/Receptionist to work in a care home which offers residential, nursing and dementia care for 32 residents based in Salford, Greater Manchester.

 

This is a permanent position and will be site based in the home, working 16 hours a week, working alternative 2 days a week i.e. Monday and Tuesday and the following week Thursday and Friday on a rolling basis – the successful candidate will be working in partnership with another part-timer covering this post.

 

On-site parking is provided.

 

Daily Responsibilities:

 

  • Welcoming visitors to home alongside side any other front of house duties
  • Answering the telephone, taking messages and diverting calls.
  • Preparation of payroll and processing of employee time-sheets.
  • Ordering supplies for the home.
  • Preparing reports for staffing agencies
  • Completing paperwork for new starters.
  • Ad hoc administration support for the General Manager.

 

 

Candidate Requirements

 

Be able to provide an enhanced DBS

 

At least 12 months administration experience

 

Welcoming and professional manner

 

Strong all-round IT skills – particularly in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook.

 

Good attention to detail.

 

Excellent communication skills.
