Part-time Recruitment Administrator (J5470) Stevenage, England

Salary: GBP12.5 - GBP13.5 per hour

We are recruiting for a temporary Part-Time Recruitment Administrator to work for a prestigious Stevenage based organisation.

 

This is to work 4 hours a day, 5 days a week Monday to Friday a total of 20 hours a week.

 

The role is for a minimum of 2 months but could be longer.

 

This is a hybrid role working 1 to 2 days a week in the office and the rest of the time working from home – IT equipment will be provided.

 

The successful candidate must leave closely to the office in Stevenage.

 

You will joining the busy Recruitment team and have the following duties and responsibilities:

 

  • Logging job applications received to the Recruitment inbox
  • Reviewing applications for Right to Work, prerequisite and travel information.
  • Contacting candidates to go through any cover any gaps in employment.
  • Keeping the candidate tracker up to date
  • Keeping the hiring managers up to update with applications.
  • Giving support to making interview arrangements
  • Creating interview packs .
  • Filing documents to efiles
  • Adding data onto the HR Information System
  • Responding to emails when required.

 

 

Person Specification:

 

  • Ideally have a background in HR or Recruitment – this is flexible.
  • Live within a commutable distance of Stevenage, Herts.
  • Strong administrative skills with a good attention to detail
  • Good all-round IT skills, and able to pick up new systems quickly
  • Good team player and able to work well unsupervised.
