Store Manager – Dublin City Centre

We are looking for a high-performing Retail Store Manager to lead a busy, high-volume retail store in Dublin City Centre. This role is for someone with clear experience managing stores with 2+ mill turnovers with teams of 12-15 staff. You must excel in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and be confident executing operational excellence every day.

The role sits within a well-known retail chain known for its broad mix of fashion, gifting, jewellery, and accessories. The business is vibrant, fun, and customer focused with a strong commercial outlook.

Key responsibilities for this Store Manager role:

  • Leading your team to deliver sales, service and operational standards every day.
  • Driving all performance metrics including KPIs, conversion and team productivity.
  • Motivating and coaching your team of 12 to 15, creating an engaged culture.
  • Ensuring strong VM and high brand presentation standards.
  • Managing stock levels, margin, and store costs with a clear commercial mindset.
  • Creating a best-in-class customer experience to build loyalty and repeat business.
  • Recognising and rewarding team performance through clear goals and incentives.

Key skills required for this Store Manager role:

  • 2-3+ years’ experience as Store Manager in a high-volume and fast-paced retail setting.
  • Management background in fashion, non-food, grocery or lifestyle retail is essential.
  • Proven experience managing teams of 10 or more in stores with turnover above two million euro.
  • Strong KPI knowledge & focus and a track record of delivering commercial results.
  • Full flexibility across evenings and weekends.
