One of our esteemed clients are looking for an IT Service Desk Role in Melbourne for someone with excellent and exceptional communication skills both verbal and written plus Basic L1 competency on all IT domains with additional expertise on Desktop/Laptop applications knowledge.

Must have:

  1. Excellent communication skills, handling customers and matching the pace, Excellent phone, email and Chat etiquette.
  2. Understanding of IT Service Desk role and responsibility.
  3. Innovation ideas and automation opportunities in SD
  4. Best Practices on improving/stabilizing Service Desk Operations
  5. Good knowledge on Service Now, MS Office and
  6. Willing to work in shifts
  7. Generate reports and share with stakeholders
  8. Resource Management, Shift Management, Stake Holder Management
  9. Process knowledge on ITIL

Desired:

  1. Negotiation skills, Proactive in nature
  2. Shift handling experience
  3. Flexibility and Transparency
  4. Experience range 3 to 5 years

 

Role Responsibility:

  1. Willing to work in shift and being flexible.
  2. Publishing the customer required reports - Daily, weekly, Monthly, quarterly
  3. Identify the Risk and issue, action and mitigation plan
  4. Identifying the area of improvements and execute them with customer approval
  5. Maintain and keep updated the List of Service desk agents details in documents and telephony systems
