Urgent start - Contract opportunity
We are looking to hire IT professionals with excellent communication and experienced Desktop/Server Support engineers on an urgent basis. Must have a valid MSIC (Marine Safety Induction Card) before appyling
The requirement is for contract role in Karratha WA so we are looking for someone who will be interested in a FIFO job to start ASAP.
Pre-requisites:
*Must have a valid MSIC (Maritime Safety Identification Card)
*Must have a recent (past 12 months) NPC (National Police Check) which is clear (no offences)
* Valid passport
* No health issues as a pre-requisite for obtaining /clearing medicals
Let us know if you have completed T/BOSIET Certification and or Compressed Air Emergency Breathing Apparatus (CA-EBS) Certification. This will help us speeden your application further.

Desktop Rollout/ Server Support
" Physical movement of assets
" Installation of standard software and operating systems following documented instructions relating to PC and
" Escalate unresolved problems to client nominated escalation points / support teams
" Maintain records of changes performed
" Pack and unpack equipment onsite
" Perform basic or electronic audit tasks
" Testing of moved assets for connection to network
" Unplug and plug in assets to preconfigured ports
" Dispose of packaging onsite
" Installation of peripheral network attached assets (e.g. printers, scanners, etc.)
" Installation and monitoring of antivirus solutions on PC and Laptops
" Transfer of user data and settings from old computer to new computer
" Server/Wintel support
" Power back-up
" End user Support
" Min 3+ years industry experience
