Service Technician

London & South East | Field-Based Role | Specialist Training Provided

Are you a hands-on engineer who enjoys fault-finding, solving problems and working directly with customers?

We're recruiting for a Service Technician to join a growing engineering team supporting high-profile customer sites across London and the South East. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business operating within the security and entrance control sector, offering specialist product training, long-term career development and the chance to work with industry-leading technology.

You'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing a range of entrance control and access systems, ensuring customers receive a fast, professional and reliable service.

What You'll Be Doing

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance
• Diagnosing faults and completing repairs
• Responding to breakdowns and service calls
• Conducting equipment inspections and health checks
• Building strong relationships with customers on site
• Completing service documentation and reports
• Managing vehicle stock and spare parts
