Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full administrative support to the Project Management Team in a fast-paced role.
  • Deliver high levels of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in managing client, customer and contractual requirements with precision.
  • Monitor, review and control individual property requirements.
  • Plan and schedule appointments for surveyors and installations.
  • Ensure surveys are returned promptly and resolve any related queries.
  • Process and log paperwork accurately and efficiently.
  • Raise purchase orders as required.
  • Assist with property recalls and engineer allocation.
  • Maintain and update the business tracker, providing regular progress reports.
  • Support KPI tracking and reporting.
  • Liaise with clients and customers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Adapt to evolving business demands and provide operational support as needed.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent IT skills, proficient in Microsoft Office applications and in-house systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic numeracy skills.
  • Confident and experienced administrator with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Clear and concise communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to drive initiatives forward.
  • Ability to develop and maintain a structured work priority system.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues and third parties.
