Job Summary:
The Epicor Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining customizations and integrations within the Epicor ERP system. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in C# and SQL, along with a deep understanding of Epicor’s architecture and functionality. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, provide technical solutions, and ensure the ERP system supports business goals efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Development & Customization:
- Develop, customize, and maintain Epicor ERP solutions, including BAQs, BPMs, dashboards, and custom reports (SSRS, Crystal Reports).
- Utilize C#, VB.NET, and other programming languages to create and modify Epicor applications.
- Integrate Epicor with third-party systems and external applications using REST API, DMT, and other integration tools.

Technical Support:
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for Epicor users.
- Resolve ERP-related issues promptly to ensure smooth business operations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for customizations, integrations, and processes.

Collaboration & Project Management:
- Collaborate with business analysts, end-users, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Manage assigned tasks, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.

Training & Mentorship:
- Provide training and support to end-users on Epicor functionalities, including customizations and reports.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the continuous improvement of the development team.
Qualifications:

Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with Epicor ERP, including customization and development.
- Strong experience with C#, VB.NET, SQL Server, and SSRS/Crystal Reports.
- Experience with Epicor SDK, REST API, and other integration tools.
- Familiarity with other ERP systems (e.g., Syspro) is a plus.

Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of Epicor modules (financials, manufacturing, supply chain, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, but relevant work experience will also be considered.
