Location: Great Minster House, 33 Horseferry Road, London, SW1P 4DR (Hybrid)

Additional information:
• Grade: EO
• Pay:£17.54 per hour
• Clearance required: Basic DBS (costs covered by the hiring process)
• Working pattern: Full time, 5 days a week, 7.4 hours per day
• Hybrid working: 3 days in the office / 2 days at home
• Assignment length: until 30/08/2027 (potential extension, to be confirmed)

This is a rewarding, varied Business Management Officer role supporting Directors/Deputy Directors and their legal teams with day-to-day business support-making sure priorities, meetings and deadlines stay on track.


What you'll be doing:
• Proactively manage Directors/Deputy Directors diaries and inboxes
• Draft correspondence on behalf of senior leaders
• Arrange meetings, including visitor logistics/escorting when required
• Print meeting papers and take accurate minutes, recording actions and deadlines
• Set up and administer SLT/team meetings (agenda planning, action follow-through and associated tasks)
• Organise divisional meetings, stand-ups and support away-days
• Collate weekly and monthly returns for clearance by Directors/Deputy Directors
• Book travel and accommodation for senior leaders
• Onboard new starters to the team
• Provide IT support/training for Directors/Deputy Directors and wider colleagues
• Keep team risk registers and databases up to date
• Support corporate events/projects (e.g. all-staff events/away-days)
• Cover for other PAs in the group when required (e.g. sickness/annual leave)
• Carry out additional administrative tasks aligned to the role


What you'll bring:
• Previous PA experience
• Strong organisation, communication and stakeholder management skills (able to communicate with staff at all grades)
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight, challenging deadlines
• High attention to detail, particularly when taking minutes and tracking action points
• Confident all-round IT skills, including Microsoft Office
• Able to operate effectively on your own initiative and as part of a team
