V6 Support/Training Coordinator

V6 Support/Training Coordinator (04) Weston-Super-Mare, England

Salary: GBP23000 - GBP28000 per annum

 Principal Accountabilities:

Provide software support and product specification advice. This role will mainly be dealing directly with Smart’s registered fabricators

Key Task:

Maintaining the V6 Estimating Software

·        Daily updating software to ensure smooth running for all users.

·        Telephone and online support to over (800) users.

·        Updating Software with new profiles and accessories

·        Updating the software in reference to Technical Manual updates

·        Implementing and designing new report templates for the software

Software Training Coordinator

·        Delivering V6 software training to new and existing customers

·        Regularly updating training materials to reflect changes within the business.

·        Delivering V6 software training internally

·        Delivering Online Software training /support

Administrative Duties

·         Ensure all users software Licenses are Renewed

·         Installation and setting up the V6 software for new and existing    customer

·         Liaising with Accounts Department in reference to setting up new and existing customers with software 

·         Liaising with the main software supplier (SoftTech) in regards to new updates to the software

·         Liaising with the Sales department to resolving any complaint raised by customers in reference to quotes/Jobs customers complaints
