Principal Accountabilities: |
|
Provide technical support and product specification advice. This role will mainly be dealing with fabricators/architects and end user’s enquiries and provide technical support. |

Key Tasks: |
|
· Provide advice on product selection. · Interpret technical specifications and details on drawings and convert the same into tailored Smarts specs. · Respond to incoming commercial enquiries and requests for information in a timely manner. · Provide guidance on relevant British Standards and regulation requirements as required. · Provide guidance on fabrication and installation. · Calculate and supply additional technical information as required. To include wind loads , structural calculations, security ,Green Guide, thermal and acoustic performance . · Attend site on occasions |
