Ms Dynamics 365 USD - Unified Service Desk - Remote (BBBH1244) Portugal

We are seeking a MS Dynamics Unified Service Desk Developer with experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and USD development.
The developer will be responsible for fixing the integration and harmonization with the USD when automatic security updates are released. Currently it is causing problems, conflicts and not integrating effectively.
Other responsibilities will include improving the integration with the SAP system, optimizing software as required, small changes and upskilling the team. The client will likely move to Omnichannel in the future so any experience there would be beneficial but to required.
Providing ongoing support and maintenance for USD configurations, including troubleshooting and bug fixing.
Developing and maintaining documentation for USD configurations, including user guides and technical specifications.
Staying up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in USD development and Microsoft Dynamics products.
