Working in partnership with a renowned and respected automotive manufacturer, we have permanent vacancies available for experienced Machine/ Manufacturing Operatives in the Peterlee area.

Responsibilities Include:

• Operating machines by control systems
• Visual Quality Inspection
• Modifying and changing tools
• 5s Compliance and general house-keeping of working area
• Packing of Products
• Working alone or as a part of a small team to undertake production schedules within the manufacturing facilities.
• Completion of relevant Documentation and Reporting in line with Company SLA’s

Essential Attributes:

• Experience within a busy manufacturing environment, demonstrating an ability to produce products to a high standard whilst meeting efficiency targets is essential.
• Highly motivated team player, to fit in with our enthusiastic and committed team.
• Ability to use you own initiative, as required, whilst at the same time always following standard working practices to ensure 100% safety and product quality.
• Ability to collect, and record, basic production control/quality data.

Package & Shifts:

• Our client offers a competitive salary, in the region of £22 -£26K per annum, they also offer an enhanced holiday scheme and other company benefits.
• Operating across a 3 shift rota and Continental shift pattern all applicants must be willing to work shifts.
