Hamilton Woods Associates are currently working with a South Yorkshire based property services contractor, that is looking for a Gas Plumber to work on a refurbishment contract renovating council stock.
Responsibilities of the Gas Plumber includes:
- Carry out repairs and maintenance on social housing properties
- Liaise with tenants
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Isolate and recommission gas supplies
Requirements of the Gas Plumber includes:
- NVQ in relevant trade (desirable)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Gas Safe
