About the role
In this role you will be responsible for
- Capture, analyse and deliver Configuration products in alignment with vendor and program methods and tools.
- Develop, Validate and Document business and software requirements specifications for IM/ICT projects, ensuring traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide a support role for other business analysts, configuration analysts and change managers within the program/project(s).
- Liaise with test team to ensure business/software requirements are understood and incorporated into testing products.
- Contribute to stakeholder engagement, assessment and the development of a stakeholder matrix, and ongoing stakeholder management.
- Coordinate and lead specialised project team(s).
- Lead and co-ordinate the delivery of all specialised products with project team(s).
- Instil adaptive thinking, flexibility, providing advice on alternate ways of achieving agreed outcome and taking on activities not always directly aligned with core skills.
- Manage assigned product delivery to an agreed schedule that typically involves a consultation with a large amount of key subject matter experts, team members, and external governance groups and off-site stakeholder
About You
- Experience performing business analysis activities within IM/ICT program/project(s)
- Experience in capturing and analysing ‘As-Is’ and ‘To-Be’ business process models across large organisations, preferably using Business Process Modelling Notation
- Knowledge in, and an ability to provide sound advice and recommendations on, the application of appropriate business analysis techniques, methodologies and tools, preferably aligned with Business Analysis Body of Knowledge Version 2.0 (BABOK)
- Proven effective consultation, facilitation, written and oral communication skills for use in a program/project environment
- Proven ability to work in a team environment developing effective working relations ships with team members and stakeholders
- Driven to keep abreast of new technologies and integration with cloud solutions
