Our client is a top-tier educational institution celebrated for its award-winning technology practices and forward-thinking approach to digital transformation. They are currently seeking a Generative AI IT Manager to join the Applications & Integration Services Section under IT Department. 

This strategic role will be central to the development and management of AI-enabled applications across various educational domains, supporting the institution’s journey toward becoming an AI-empowered community.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead proof-of-concept initiatives using advanced Large Language Model (LLM) technologies to explore and validate innovative AI applications.
• Oversee the complete system development lifecycle for AI-related projects, from requirements analysis through to implementation and ongoing support.
• Optimize AI solutions to drive operational efficiency, enhance productivity, and deliver measurable impact across the organization.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams to troubleshoot system issues and ensure seamless integration of AI tools.
• Coordinate with external vendors and stakeholders, maintaining clear communication and thorough documentation throughout project lifecycles.
• Ensure all AI applications adhere to ethical standards and responsible AI practices.
• Conduct strategic research on emerging AI trends to inform solution design and align with evolving educational and business needs.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• Over 8 years of proven experience in system development, integration, and solution implementation.
• Deep interest in generative AI technologies and a strong passion for innovation.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering projects involving LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Proficiency in integrating, fine-tuning, and customizing machine learning and AI models.
• Solid understanding of database management systems, particularly Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL).
