Our client is a fast-growing insurance company in Hong Kong, building a new digital division. They seek a Digital Business Analyst to lead the development and management of digital platforms, ensuring alignment between business and IT. The role focuses on optimizing processes, driving digitization, and delivering solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and improve consultant sales, onboarding, and service processes across multiple channels.
• Lead discussions to define clear business and functional requirements aligned with strategic goals.
• Document detailed specifications, user stories, and use cases for system and process implementation.
• Maintain and enhance business analysis methodologies and best practices.
• Manage change requests and ensure compliance with governance and quality standards.
• Support digital platforms and assets across various distribution channels.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive continuous business improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, IT, and vendors to implement effective system enhancements and provide user training and support.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the life insurance industry, with a strong focus on business analysis or related roles.
• In-depth knowledge of consultant sales journeys and life insurance operations.
• Proven experience in digitizing end-to-end point-of-sale and service processes.
• Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies such as Scrum and Agile.
• Familiarity with business process optimization and change management practices.
